LCS temporarily on hold

Hi everyone,

Left Coast Style is temporarily on hold until I can buy a new digital camera. My current digital camera had an electrical short so I will need to buy another.

I hope to start back up in January 2009.

Happy Holidays!

Mini and Maxi

We're still in the midst of our Indian summer here in San Francisco, though it's not always consistent as this past weekend, for example. Saturday was balmy while Sunday was the more typical cool, foggy weather. Today, we had a nice day.

I love the woman's outfit pairing a mini dress with over-sized sunglasses and hobo handbag.

Grant Street: Anne Fontaine

The ladies at Anne Fontaine were nice enough to allow me to take their photograph. Anne Fontaine tops on both women from the fall 2008 collection. The woman on the left is wearing Miss Sixty jeans and the woman on the right, True Religion denim.

Pinstripes

The young gentleman is wearing a pinstriped jacket and pants--but the jacket is leather, which he purchased in Russia.

Summer Blues

I just had to take her picture. I love the aqua-turquoise blues--the giant scarf, the wonderful pattern and cut of her skirt with the white jacket and bag. Great outfit!

Sunday Brunch: Lime Style

If you want to find the fashion forward in San Francisco, a good place to look is outside Lime, a restaurant and bar on Market Street in the Castro. On weekends, this hot spot attracts those seeking brunch, drinks or both and this morning was no different as a crowd had gathered waiting for the hot spot to open. San Franciscans love their weekend brunch, but unlike other venues, Lime attracts the city's young, urban fashionistas.
